                Livelihood is a set of economic activities, involving self employment or wage employment. by using one's endowments. usually carried out repeatedly and as such become a way of life.

                Livelihoods, therefore, go for beyond generating income, much more than employment. Less than   percent of rural workers in India are employed on a regular basis. per rural house holds engage in more than one activity for their livelihoods.

                Sustainable livelihood frame work it's one way of organizing the complex issues surrounding poverty.

Malnutrition Module


I would like to share about Malnutrition Module

Malnutrition Child
Malnutrition means lack of proper nutrition, caused by not having enough to eat, not eating enough of the right things, or being unable to use the food that one does eat and Condition of body. Malnutrition is divided two part first one is under Nutrition and  another one is Over nutrition. Indian most childrens are facing under the nutrition. 






Under Nutrition in children
  •   Under weight for own age 
  • Too short for own age 
  • Dangerously thin
  • Deficient in vitamins and minerals

Marasmus
                                     We met Anganawadi workers and Asha workers. their gave important information about nutrition. Government provided more program, food, and facilities to nutrition children. I saw nutrition children in Anganawadi. We visited many home and which kind of food parents are giving now, and more discussed. really this was good experience to me.  

                                              Raj bali sir was taught this module and he gave social awareness to us. Kritika Ma'am, Guru Sir and Nagaraj Sir Guided very well us.

    Participation Rural Appraisal


     I would like to share about PRA(Participation Rural Appraisal) Module.

    Participation Rural Appraisal means getting involve, exchanging and sharing ideas, opinions, and doing thing to gather in work, analysis, and decision making. Many methods using here for example Social mapping, Geographical mapping, resources mapping, and vein mapping, more.  This is very helpful to society. This map through which kind resources are available and how to use that and more information will be getting them.

    Economics Module



    I would like to share about "ECONOMICS MODULE" and my learnings.

    Economics is a study of scare resources or man kind of daily activities.Economics is the social science that describes the factors that determine the production, distribution and consumption of goods and services. many economist gave different definitions.

    1. Wealth definition - Adam Smith
                Economics is a study of wealth.
         2. Welfare Economics - Alferd Marshal
               Economics is a study of human being
         3. Scarcity Definition - L Robbins
               Economics is a study of scare resources
         4. Economics of Growth - J M Keynes & Samuelson
               Economics is a study of sustainable development.

    This  module through I learn t Demand,  Supply, Market structure, Competition, Inflation, Profit, Loss, Break even point, Inflation, Deflation, Foreign trade, and more. Mainly this module through I learnt  10 principle. bellow maintained that

     Economics principles 
    1. People face a trade offs.
    2. The cost of something is what you give up to get it
    3. Rational people think at margin
    4. People respond to incentive
    5. Trade can make up every one better up
    6. markets are usually a good way to organize economic activities
    7. Government can some times improve market out comes
    8. A country's standard of living defends on its ability to produce goods and services
    9. Prices rise when the government prints too much money
    10. Society faces a short run tradeoff between inflation and unemployment
    I learn t above all principles and all 10 principles are giving the whole economic information. D B Vanageri Sir explained cost and revenue. 

         

               


    My study experience on Agriculture module

                        Hi, I'm very happy to share about my Agriculture experience.


    Agriculture is the cultivation of animals, plants, fungi, and other life forms for food, fiber, bio fuel, medicinal and other products used to sustain and enhance human life. Agriculture was the key development in the rise of sedentary human civilization, whereby farming of domesticated species created food surpluses that nurtured the development of civilization

    Basically I'm arts student and I have 5 acer land but I know practical work bit agriculture, when I was went to studied that time I realized & confused because I know about agriculture. This is my wrong thinking after understood that. K any way I will explain my learnings in Agriculture.

    First day I identify the Farmer problems, I found solution of problems and I have more opportunity in this sector.

    Farmer Problems 
    1. Irrigation system
    2. Scientific cultivation or traditional method
    3. Electricity problem
    4. Fertilizer and seeds problem   
    5. Market problems
    6. labor and middle man problem. and more
                      We identify the major problems, we gave the solution also. I learnt bellow all points

    • Soil testing, Harvesting, 
    • Nursery method,
    •  Land measurement,
    • Self help group
    • Crap Cultivation

                                      I got good experience in agriculture field. We met many farmer and we asked about their crop cultivation. They told us what they are facing problems in the field. They  don't know about agriculture technology so they are using traditional method because of this reason they are failing to get proper yield.

    Self Introduction



    It's my pleasure to introduce myself. Well, I'm Parameshwar born and raised in Vijayapur distict, Basavan Bagewadi Tq, Narasalagi.

    I have done my schooling in  Kannada Medium School, Narasalagi, then I did my plus 12 from Government College, Biarayan Gudi, Shahapur, degree in Banjara degree college, Vijayapur. Post Graduate in Haveri, Dharwad University   and now I'm pursuing my DFP(Deshpande Fellowship Frogram) this is 8 month regress residential course .

    My strengths are my attitude that I like to take challenges that I can do it, my way of thinking that I take both success and failure in a balanced manner.

    I don't like to say weakness but I like to say scope for improvement that is I won't leave any ask in completely, I believe in my self and my hard work and I want perfection in every thing.

    My short term goal is I want a such a platform where I can grow my career along with the organisation growth like yours.

    My ethic is "I never neglect an opportunity for my improvement".
